The FH7's shell is made of aerospace-grade aluminum-magnesium alloy, shaped by five-axis CNC machining. To ultimately create the shell, the alloy needs to go through 21 steps in a total of 3873 cuts, and is finished with a final round of sandblasting and hand polishing.

Through optimizing the damping and internal structure, the air pressures at the front and rear cavities are balanced, relieving uneven pressure from your eardrums for greater comfort when listening.
The 4 Knowles balanced armature drivers plus a beryllium dynamic drivers perfectly cover all parts of the sound frequency spectrum through sophisticated crossover and turbo acoustics designs.
These parts of the frequency spectrum are handled by the Knowles SWFK-31736 BA driver, often utilized in top-of-the-line IEMs. This driver is extremely detailed but without being harsh, giving you natural, crystal-clear sound.
This is handled by a custom BA driver designed by FiiO and Knowles in conjunction with each other. We took the classic Knowles 30017 driver and tweaked it to give the mids more body, for fuller and sweeter vocals as well as a larger soundstage.
The dynamic driver's diaphragm contains beryllium, famous for its unparalleled lightness, flexibility, and rigidity that allows for spectacular bass.
The FH7 utilizes a complex crossover design that was not easy to create and implement. However, it pays off by allowing extremely accurate crossover tuning that enables the five drivers to work together to their maximum potential, with an extremely coherent and smooth frequency response.
Powerful drivers need to be contained in a solid shell for maximum performance. The FH7 employs an exceptionally rigid three-point structure to greatly reduce unwanted resonance and distortion, for the purest sound possible.
